Three main types of learning.
1. Supervised Learning
AI learns from labeled examples.
**Example**: Email spam detection - Show AI 1000 emails labeled "spam" or "not spam" - AI learns the difference - Now AI can classify new emails
**Real Use**: House price prediction in Miami
2. Unsupervised Learning
AI finds patterns without labels.
**Example**: Customer grouping - Give AI customer data - AI groups similar customers automatically - No labels needed!
**Real Use**: Netflix grouping similar movies
3. Reinforcement Learning
AI learns by trial and error.
**Example**: Teaching AI to play chess - AI tries moves - Gets reward for good moves - Gets penalty for bad moves - Learns which moves are best
**Real Use**: Self-driving cars, game AI
Which to Use?
